Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within small teams.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals with accuracy.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Handle payments, money orders, checks, and loan payments securely.
• Manage night deposit bags and safe deposit access.
• Respond to customer questions and provide account information.
• Balance end-of-day transactions and reconcile ATMs; maintain logs.
