Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Organized with strong multitasking ability.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in small groups.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Customer Transactions: Process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals with accuracy.
• Product & Service Promotion: Cross-sell and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Payment Processing: Handle payments, money orders, bank checks, and loan payments.
• Secure Handling of Assets: Manage night deposits and maintain confidentiality and security.
