Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing with receipts.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Handle credit card payments, money orders, bank checks, and loan payments.
• Manage night deposits and safe deposits; maintain confidentiality and security.
• Respond to customer questions and provide account balances.
• Balance end-of-day transactions and reconcile ATMs; maintain logs and reports.
