Trustco Bank in New City, NY seeks a part-time Teller to deliver friendly, accurate banking services while upholding security and compliance. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments, and support customers with account needs under the Branch Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, prior cash handling or customer service experience, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Must be highly organized and able to multitask.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus; reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments accurately.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Handle money orders, loan payments, and other payments securely.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of assets at all times.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with account needs.
• Balance end-of-day transactions and reconcile logs.
