Job summary

First Southern National Bank in Stanford, KY is seeking a Part-Time Teller to be the bank's primary face-to-face representative for most customers. You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers, and handle various customer inquiries on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma and previous customer service experience, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality. You will adhere to policies, educate customers on products, and deliver excellent service in a community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and procedures is important.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service teller transaction processing in accordance with company policy and standards.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulations, including the customer identification program, Reg CC, and BSA.
• Project excellent customer relations while delivering a positive banking/customer service experience.
• Inform and educate customers on First Southern products and services that would benefit the customer.
• Maintain product knowledge and expertise on First Southern products and services.
• Field customer service complaints and concerns, seek appropriate assistance, and follow up to ensure a complete and appropriate resolution.
• Other duties as assigned
