You will listen to customer needs, explain products and digital tools, provide referrals to specialists when needed, and support lobby operations while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller training and product training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with accuracy and identity verification.
• Explain products and digital tools; refer more complex requests to appropriate team members.
• Support branch operations while ensuring security and compliance.
