• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.

• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers using digital tools and educate on self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.
