Job summary

First Interstate Properties, Ltd. is seeking a part-time Teller for our Polson, MT branch.

The role focuses on daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up, delivering outstanding client service, and nurturing client relationships with referrals to other services. You will handle deposits, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine banking tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and redeem savings bonds.
• Answer client questions in person and over the phone.
• Record activities and referrals in the bank system and support cross-sell.
• Assist with currency exchange, special requests, and account maintenance.
• Maintain accuracy in cash drawers and uphold security procedures.
