Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks and cash transactions for lobby and drive-up customers.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Record transactions and referrals in banking systems; handle currency exchanges and related requests.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security per bank procedures; participate in audits.
