Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Kalispell, MT is seeking a part-time Teller to join our Kalispell North branch. You’ll help customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions in a friendly, efficient manner.

In this role you’ll deliver outstanding client service, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and recognize referral opportunities for additional products and services. You’ll work closely with teammates to ensure accurate processing and security compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and strong math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up.
• Provide outstanding client service and build client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to bankers.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security procedures.
• Handle various teller duties including deposits, payments, and currency exchange.
