Job summary

First Interstate Properties, Ltd. is seeking a Teller at our Eureka, MT branch. You will handle daily teller transactions, provide outstanding client service, and build relationships by identifying referral opportunities for additional products.

The role requires accuracy in cash handling, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to assist clients and teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up.
• Provide outstanding client service and develop client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities for additional products.
• Record activities and referrals in client systems.
• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and currency exchanges.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance cash at end of shift.
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures.
• Support team members and participate in training events.
