Job summary

Northwest seeks a part-time Teller in Depew, NY. You will greet customers, efficiently process transactions, resolve issues, and educate customers on products and services. You’ll balance drawers, participate in meetings, and help protect security and dual-control processes.

Evening and weekend hours may be required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred. The role supports delivering a high level of customer experience and financial wellness through accurate service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve questions or concerns with courtesy.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in office routines.
• Process transactions accurately and securely.
• Identify referral opportunities and educate customers on products/services.
• Refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Follow security and dual control procedures and work as a team.
