PNC is seeking a part-time Teller in Bedford Heights, OH to deliver a high-quality customer experience and support financial wellbeing. You will handle a range of teller transactions, educate customers on digital options, and identify opportunities for referrals within a supportive in-office environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to policies, and teamwork to maintain efficient branch operations. Prior banking exposure helps, but all required training is provided on-site.

• Role typically does not require a university degree or significant prior experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

• Processes a variety of customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Engages with customers to connect them with PNC products and services.
• Educates customers on using technology to manage transactions and accounts.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer issues.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and exercises sound judgment within limits.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
