Job summary

The Manchester Branch of M&T Bank is hiring a part-time teller to support daily customer transactions and provide friendly service in person. The role requires at least 6 months in cash handling and customer service, with a 25-hour weekly schedule that rotates and includes two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the system; support escalated account service issues.
