Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and address customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process transactions per policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC regulations and risk controls.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and stay current on regulations.
