Job summary

M&T Bank is hiring a Part-Time Teller for the Manchester branch. The role requires cash handling and customer service experience, with a flexible 25-hour weekly schedule that includes some Saturdays.

You will help customers with transactions, digital demos, and account services while upholding bank policies and compliance. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential as you balance transactions, support AML/KYC processes, and contribute to a positive branch

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch service through cash handling and customer interactions.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Assist customers with digital demonstrations and self-service opportunities.
• Log and escalate complaints, resolve issues, and document in the system.
• Support AML/KYC/BSA procedures and maintain branch controls and compliance.
• Assist with branch operations like cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Represent the M&T Bank brand with a welcoming, service-oriented attitude.
