Responsibilities include processing cash and payments, resolving routine issues, complying with AML/KYC rules, and coordinating with partners for sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic data entry and cash handling experience.
• Proven verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service orientation and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to established customer service standards and deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management by greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate account services as needed.
• Introduce customers to suitable banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Manage account maintenance tasks and AML/KYC compliance duties.
• Support risk controls and audit requirements while representing the M&T Bank brand.
• Contribute to a welcoming environment and maintain internal controls.
