Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated branch experience.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution; log all complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC related activities.
• Comply with applicable controls and policies; promote an inclusive work environment.
