Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time.

In a part-time role (8–25 hours per week) you will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and help connect guests to what matters most. You will work in our Santa Rosa store, assist with merchandising, customer queue triage, account reviews, and provide thoughtful product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused service in retail or service environments.
• Ability to connect with guests and understand needs to provide solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising and keep store clean and operational.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in a friendly, genuine way.
• Communicate product benefits and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections to make technology approachable for guests.
• Assist the team in a fast-paced store environment with guest interactions and follow-through.
