Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking an Installer/Trainer for CaptionCall to help people with hearing loss stay connected. This part-time, in-home role trains customers on how to use the CaptionCall phone and assists with setup, troubleshooting, and service promotion in their own homes.

The schedule is flexible, with travel under 25% and opportunities for career growth. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and experience in hearing health or work with

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and experience.
• Experience in the hearing health field.
• Experience working with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Complete service calls as assigned.
• Accurately maintain customer records.
• Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
