Job summary

Sky Zone in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Team Lead to drive guest experiences and oversee daily operations. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty and rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to keep the park running smoothly.

You’ll coach teammates, maintain safety standards, and ensure high-energy, memorable experiences for guests while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology including POS systems and MS Office/Teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and influence others.
• Hands-on, team-first mindset; lead by example and stay coachable.
• Ability to move through all areas of the park and lift 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and teamwork.
• Coach team members across departments to deliver WOW guest service.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team.
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling service excellence.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings with scheduling and upsell.
• Manage cafe inventory and ordering; ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Lead facilities maintenance and park upkeep for a best-in-class look.
