Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to join our stores and contribute to a profitable, customer-centric environment through team development and store operations oversight.

You will support product flow, apply merchant and customer service skills to curate a premium in-store experience, lead by example, and drive sales while maintaining loss-prevention standards. 15-20 hours per week, weekends required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Excellent leadership, selling and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of financial results.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Independent, proactive and results-driven.
• Must be 18+, reliable transportation, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and retention.
• Maintains succession planning and strong team communication.
• Oversees store operations, visuals and customer priorities.
• Delivers premium customer service and brand experience.
• Ensures stock, loss prevention and floor presentation standards.
