Job summary

Elite Corporate Medical Services in Visalia is seeking a part-time Recruiter to source, engage and hire top candidates for our corporate office. This role focuses on talent sourcing, posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, specialty sites, social media, and employee referrals
• Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms to attract suitable candidates
• Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tracking systems
• Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, core values and company culture
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary information and feedback
• Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the screening, interview and pre-hire processes to ensure a positive experience
• Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers and work collaboratively with other team members to facilitate onboarding activities
• Onboarding: Schedule new hire orientation and meet with the employee to complete tasks in HCM software and other software programs
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the job market
