Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a part-time recruiter to join our team in the United States. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with clients to understand hiring needs, and post job descriptions to attract top talent across multiple platforms.

In this role you will coordinate interview logistics, provide hiring guidance, and monitor recruitment metrics. Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
• Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams
• Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo)
