Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a proactive recruiter for a part-time role offering 20-25 hours per week. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, posting descriptions, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong communication, and a preference for PHR/SHRM-CP certification. Local travel to Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Toledo is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (required).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, culture and role requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions across platforms to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client teams.
• Provide guidance on hiring practices and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo).
