Foss Swim School - Woodbury is seeking a part-time Swim Teacher to guide lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path. You will foster confidence and water safety, building trust with families and adapting lessons to each student’s needs in a warm, supportive setting.

Starting pay is competitive, with paid training, weekend premium and quarterly bonuses; it’s a year-round role requiring weekday evenings and some weekends. Join a team that helps students grow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Paid training and ongoing support.
• Part-time, year-round; 10–12 hours per week; ~3 shifts.
• Weekday evenings and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment for students.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining safety.
• Bring a reliable and professional attitude to every lesson.
