Job summary

FOSS Swim School is seeking Swim Teachers who help students build confidence and water safety skills. Starting at $19.50/hour, with weekend shifts adding $3/hour and quarterly bonuses, the part-time, year-round role requires 10–12 hours weekly and evening/weekend availability.

You will receive paid training and ongoing support, with opportunities to grow within the team and advance through additional training and responsibilities.

• Must be 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to 1–4 students using FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and build student confidence.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
• Adapt lessons to each student's needs while maintaining safety.
• Be dependable, professional, and provide consistent lessons.
