Foss Swim School is seeking friendly Swim Teachers in Savage, MN to deliver lessons part-time with a base pay starting at $19.50 per hour. Weekend shifts add $3/hour, plus opportunities for raises with training and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Part-time, year-round: minimum 10–12 hours per week.
• Weekday evenings and weekend availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around a warm indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and build confidence in students.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates through clear communication.
