Foss Swim School in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking part-time Swim Teachers to coach students in a warm indoor pool environment. The role includes paid training, weekend shifts, and a path to increased pay through training and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Starting at $19.50/hour, with potential increases through training and weekend shifts.
• Part-time, year-round: minimum 10–12 hours per week, typically 3 shifts.
• Weekday evenings and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and foster progress.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining safety.
• Bring a reliable, professional attitude to every lesson.
• Be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a warm indoor pool.
