Foss Swim School in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking friendly Swim Teachers to help students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills. Paid training and ongoing support will help you grow with our team.

Starting at $19.00/hour with opportunities for increased pay through additional training, weekend shifts (+$3/hour), and quarterly bonuses. Part-time, year-round: minimum 10-12 hours per week with typically 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warm indoor pool.
• Reliable part-time schedule with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons focusing on safety and confidence.
• Follow the Foss Swim Path curriculum.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and clear communication with families.
