Wichita Surgical Specialists is seeking a Part-Time Call Coordinator for the ENT Medical Office with a Flexible Schedule. The Call Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for the scheduling department, handling high volumes of calls, answering patient questions, creating tasks, and entering patient information into the EMR accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of office scheduling experience.
• Primarily sedentary data entry, computer and phone work with some movement in the office.

Responsibilities

• Answer all surgery scheduling department calls and respond to patient questions.
• Create tasks when appropriate and enter patient information into the EMR accurately and promptly.
• Provide backup support for all Surgery Schedulers and maintain confidentiality.
