Job summary

Club Pilates in Livermore, CA seeks a Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. You will assist with lead gen, follow-up, and closing, and you will participate in events to promote the studio.

Responsibilities include conducting studio tours, knowing products and pricing, booking appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Growth opportunities exist within the studios including sales and management paths.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Familiar with Club Ready software.
• Fluent in English with strong communication via in-person, phone and email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Attend special events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport and drive sales.
• Know products, programs and pricing; promote studio objectives.
• Book quality appointments to hit monthly quota.
• Participate in community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and other duties as assigned.
