Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Madison, WI to join our front-line leadership team. This part-time role supports daily Studio operations, opens and closes the shop, and maintains a welcoming, on-brand customer experience.

You’ll demonstrate reliability, strong judgment, and leadership by example while working with the Studio Manager. You’ll help drive sales through smart on-floor leadership, balance service standards with efficiency, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with opening/closing duties.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand long hours and lift at least 20 lbs (up to 8+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintains visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and cleanliness.
• Delivers warm, consistent Studs customer experience.
