Qualifications

• Current UT Austin student enrolled for the current regular semester in good standing.
• Work Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during business hours.
• If applying as a work study candidate, must be awarded Federal Work-Study on the Work-Study Verification (WSV).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the front office to welcome students, staff and visitors.
• Understand UT policies and procedures relevant to student services and apply them in daily interactions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct complex questions appropriately.
• Support both new and returning students with general questions and guidance through university processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
