Qualifications

• Current UT Austin student, enrolled for the current regular semester, in good academic standing.
• Work Shift: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• If applying as a work study candidate, must be awarded Federal Work-Study on the Work-Study Verification (WSV).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the front office space for students, staff, and visitors.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with accurate information and direct complex questions to appropriate units.
• Provide support for new and returning students and connect them to campus resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Employment for 2026 Fall Term and Spring Term.
