Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding prospective and current students through enrollment processes, providing accurate information, logging interactions in Salesforce CRM, and escalating issues when needed to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated computer competency with database, spreadsheet and word processing programs, internet navigation and searches, and electronic mail.
• Customer service or sales experience in a client facing business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing as demonstrated in use of grammar, spelling, punctuation.
• Knowledge of effective customer service techniques.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multiple responsibility environment providing superior customer service to a diverse population and while maintaining harmonious working relationships with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Customer Service: provide remote customer service via telephone to prospective students and applicants.
• Information Capture and CRM: log conversations into CRM software; escalate cases in CRM.
• Live Chat: respond to prospective students via live chat with clear, professional communication.
• Email Customer Service: respond to inquiries within 1 business day; escalate as needed in CRM.
• Outbound Calls: proactively contact prospective students to encourage enrollment.
