Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. The role involves overseeing day-to-day store activities, aiding merchandise flow, and helping train Store Associates to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

You will assist with opening/closing procedures, ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies while protecting assets and supporting a positive environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
