Job summary

Five Below in Sturbridge, MA is seeking a Support Lead (Part-Time) to oversee daily store operations, coach crew, and ensure a WOW customer experience. A minimum of 1 year of management experience and a high school diploma are required.

You will assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising, while maintaining a fast, friendly checkout. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and supervises crew performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staffing.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates and merchandising.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on procedures and recovery.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock room organization.
