Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead (Part Time) in Cranberry Township, PA to guide crew, deliver fast and friendly service, and manage daily store operations. The role includes opening/closing duties, training new associates, and boosting sales through merchandising and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail or service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal service and quick checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure alarms and doors are set.
• Assist with onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
