Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and provides fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates and works with leadership on merchandising and policies.
