Five Below is hiring a Part Time Support Leader in Selinsgrove, PA to help oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes managing associates, handling receiving and stocking, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will support opening/closing, cash handling, alarms, and training. A strong emphasis on merchandising, team leadership, and cost control helps drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising procedures and operations.
