Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead daily campus store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with the store leadership team to coach associates, manage tasks, and ensure operational priorities are met in a busy retail environment.

You will support merchandising, inventory, POS transactions, and adhere to safety and loss prevention standards, while fostering a welcoming store for students, faculty, and alumni alike.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to coach, motivate and provide direction to team members in daily operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Provide day-to-day leadership by assigning work, coaching team members, and meeting daily priorities.
