Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and uphold store standards.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, and help maintain merchandising, pricing and displays to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote excellent CVS customer service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and seasonal promotions; maintain shelf integrity.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
