Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. When managers are away, you lead the staff, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and help maintain a welcoming CVS/pharmacy experience.

You will supervise shifts, assist customers with questions, stock and price merchandise, and ensure displays are current and compliant with store standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price, stock and present merchandise; manage displays and weekly/promotional rotations; reset departments per planograms.
