Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth operations. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, and maintaining stock, pricing and displays to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
