Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures completion of opening and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting merchandising and presentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is absent, ensure store operations run smoothly and close/open procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; protect confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise changes; reset departments per planograms.
