Job summary

CVS Health in College Park, MD is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service. When managers are absent, you lead the crew and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise staff, assist customers, maintain displays, price merchandise, stock shelves, and resolve issues per policy. This role offers growth toward store leadership and a trusted community health retailer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in coordination with store management and crews.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays; reset departments per planograms.
