Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and delivering a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards. Eligible for a range of benefits for a part-time position.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture, greet, offer help and thank customers.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram guides.
