Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop the team. You will assist with opening and closing, supervise associates, and help organize merchandise across sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Deliver friendly customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling and loss prevention activities.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and presentable store areas.
• Help train and develop store associates.
