Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activity and ensures staff deliver quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock room and store.
